The Secret Notifier of So Called Doctors and Pharmaceutical Companies.

There are more than 600 registered Pharmaceutical companies and more than 66,000 registered drugs in our Country. These companies invest Half a Billion Dollars every year. These companies offer precious gifts, attractive incentives and facilities to sale more and more drugs. There is a regular deal to achieve the sale target, the more the sale of drugs the more will be the commission. Many Doctors take advance money or cheques and achieve their target by prescribing the medicine indiscriminately. Now listen, what they earn by sailing these drugs! The Pharmaceutical companies arrange recreational tours for them and for their families in Switzerland, America and other European countries, and afford their expenses for foreign conferences. They build their hospitals and beautify them and provide all facilities. New cars are gifted. Greater the target, Greater will be the car. They also afford the expenses of their children marriages and other family functions. Even these companies pay bills of their breakfast, lunch and dinner. A large quantity of sponsored food is also packed for home. This greed of Doctors( مسیحا) don't end here, even after spoiling the lives of patients, they are offered a good chance of Umrah and Pilgrimage.
A latest World Health Organisation (WHO) report has revealed that around 30-40 percent medicines in Pakistan’s medical stores are fake. Reports said that almost all types of forged drugs are being sold all over Pakistan. The WHO report also ranks Pakistan on the 13th number among countries that produce fake medicines.
Pakistani public uses almost 77 per cent of their health budget on the purchase of medicines. Sale of these fake medicines is spreading multiple diseases in our country.
Either these fake medicines couldn’t improve health or they harmed patients.The authorities concerned are requested to take action against this life threatening situation.
Hundreds of illegal medical stores are operating throughout the country with the nexus of health department, "So called" Doctors( نام نہاد ڈاکٹرز ) and drug inspectors while a number of such stores are rising day by day due to poor monitoring system of concerned department officials.
Counterfeit drugs and poor quality expiry medicines are being sold at these medical stores through non-qualified staff due to which people are contracting different diseases due to side effects of these drugs.
There is acute shortage of honest drug inspectors in the country and resultantly, inspectors are unable to monitor the illegal medical stores across the country. Illegal medical stores are operating with nexus of some health officers, So Called Doctors and drug inspectors.
Medical stores should be run through qualified pharmacists and irreverent people must not be allowed to play with peoples 'lives and health'. If any medical store is running without license anywhere in the country,  it must be sealed on earliest.
The government and the law enforcement agencies should take action against all these so called Doctors and big registered medical stores which are illegally selling un-registered drugs.
When a society as a whole becomes corrupt, there is no truth left. It is a fact when corruption is accepted as a norm than all facets of life get corrupted. The producers of fake medicines and So Called Doctors are not angels. They are our own brothers and sisters and have come from within us. When the fear of God is gone, the societies become corrupt and become like what we see in our country. If we can accept a murder on the streets, we can accept murders of the sick as well. The producers of fake medicines like the murderers on the streets have no shame in killing innocent people. All they are concerned about is their own greed. They also forget that they will be answerable to a higher authority one day. The whole country has to change for the better in all facets of life otherwise this corruption will keep on feeding more and more on us.
It is only the one side of picture, on the other hand, there are large number of Doctors in our country who play there role honestly. They are passionate about there profession. They prescribe only the genuine medicines. They are our real assets.
May ALLAH protect our country from this disgusting act.
